Admissions

Enrollment opens every year in March. Returning OKCS families get a two week priority registration period.

Once the two weeks has passed it opens to the public.

We encourage all families to register as soon as possible as space is limited and the classes do fill up fast.

Below you can find details on the enrollment process and requirements. Please feel free to reach out about any questions or concerns you may have.

How to Apply

Enrolling your child at OKCS involves three simple steps:

    1. Pick up a registration packet either in person or download         one from the website.

If you choose to come by in person, we would be glad to give you a tour of our campus.

    2. A meeting with Principal Rhodes.

It is important to Mr. Rhodes that he meet all of our families.

It is also important for you to learn about the heart and vision of OKCS in more detail.

    3. Turn in all paperwork and pay the $150 registration fee.

 

Registration and Curriculum fees can be paid in person at the school office.

Once these steps have been completed, your child will be ready to go and enjoy firsthand all the joys of attending OKCS!

 

Just in case you have additional questions, there is a new parent orientation at the start of the school year.

Tuition

Registration Fee: $150.00 (Fee includes online application, enrollment fee, and payment processing fee.)

Curriculum Fee: $250.00 Kindergarten & $450.00 for 1st - 8th 

(Fee includes curriculum, digital curriculum, rental cost of textbooks, etc.)

Elementary & Middle School Tuition

 

Kinder - 8th  |  $7,725 per school year

There are two installment plans available.

 

  • 10 Month Installments: August 2024 - May 2025

$772.50 per month

  • 11 Month Installments: July 2024 - May 2025

$702.27 per month

There are discounts and financial aid available.

FAQ

  • Can I insert an image, video, or gif in my FAQ?
    Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Enter the app’s Settings 2. Click on the “Manage FAQs” button 3. Select the question you would like to add media to 4. When editing your answer click on the camera, video, or GIF icon 5. Add media from your library.
  • How do I add a new question & answer?
    To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Click “Manage FAQs” button 2. From your site’s dashboard you can add, edit and manage all your questions and answers 3. Each question and answer should be added to a category 4. Save and publish.
  • How do I edit or remove the “FAQ” title?
    You can edit the title from the Settings tab in the app. If you don’t want to display the title, simply disable the Title under “Info to Display”.
  • What is an FAQ section?
    An FAQ section can be used to quickly answer common questions about you or your business, such as “Where do you ship to?”, “What are your opening hours?” or “How can I book a service?” It’s a great way to help people navigate your site and can even boost your site’s SEO.
